Jackie is the co-founder of WorldChangers and is passionate about unleashing the untapped energy, ideas and initiatives in organisations to contribute to society in innovative ways. She has a great urge to make connections and cross collaborations happen, to ignite systemic and sustainable change in society for a different way of living where people and the planet can thrive.
She also co-founded the Centre for Social Brilliance where she worked with socially conscious business leaders from global companies and with social entrepreneurs in hosting conferences, training, coaching and consulting. Jackie naturally brings clarity and a sense of knowing to what is possible for people and organisations to unleash their world changing potential. This is what ignites her and keeps her awake at night with the possibilities and potential that are to play for.
Jackie worked in Marketing as a self-employed consultant before moving into a range of roles from academic institutions to internet startups to telecoms companies, latterly managing £1.6bn of revenue for T-Mobile bringing new products and services to the market. Whilst working at London School of Economics she came into contact with environmentalists leading the launch of one of the first environmentally indexed investment funds and her appreciation for the potential for systemic change was sparked. Her love of working with people to realise and unleash potential led her to train as an Executive Coach working for companies including Heinz, Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland, Allianz, BT, NET-A-PORTER, Jamie Oliver and Royal Bank of Scotland, leading and delivering programmes to ignite the leadership and performance in management teams in companies throughout the UK. Jackie has also been involved with local community groups, schools and youth mentoring where she has developed a strong sense of what brings individuals and communities alive.
Jackie has an MA in Psychology and a Masters in Marketing. She is a speaker, facilitator and a leading brilliance and visionary coach from the Coaches Training Institute and The Visionary Network.
