Getting business and society working in new ways to bring a tremendous flow of resources, thinking, energy and ideas in the world is Manisha's raison d'être as co-founder of WorldChangers. Always looking for possibilities for collaboration and potential in every circumstance, she provides a new outlook at how we can collectively create a thriving world in simplistic and innovative ways. With 20 years of experience in a wide variety of professions ranging from social entrepreneurship, management consulting, social leadership and executive coaching along with a passion for international development, Manisha looks beyond existing paradigms and brings fresh perspectives to our social, environmental and economic living on the planet.
In 2010, she co-founded the Centre for Social Brilliance which provided new paradigms and frameworks for social and world change with a focus on moving beyond existing societal boundaries and innovating collectively. Her previous experience as a Management Consultant with IBM where she worked on large transformational programmes with T-Mobile, O2, Cable & Wireless and Virgin Media, gave her insights and understanding of the impact businesses can have on our global societies and economies. Combining that with the experience of delivering social leadership programmes with charities such as Save the Children, NESTA and VSO to build partnerships with companies, she has fine-tuned her capability to spot collaborative potential across different sectors of society. Manisha has an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a leading engineering institute in India and is a trained Visionary and Executive Coach from Coaches Training Institute and Visionary Network. She is also an active visionary speaker and consultant on social and world change.
